In mid-April, hard working Latino farm workers are tirelessly walking for a good reason. They are rallying for water, because without it, there is no food, no jobs and even no life in many West Side towns.

Over four days, several thousand Latinos holding signs, and chanting for water, are showing that they care about California agriculture, seriously suffering from the lack of water deliveries south of the Delta, due to the misaligned Endangered Species Act (ESA)

We need a temporary easing of he ESA to allow for immediate and CRITICAL water deliveries for California family farmers, and their loyal farm workers who do so much to get the crop harvested in a safe and wholesome way.
We need water deliveries to keep several West Side communities from turning into ghost towns. We need water deliveries to save as many as 80,000 jobs!

But it's the agenda of the ill-informed, fanatical, and selfish environmentalists that is keeping the ESA from being relaxed.

Thanks to the Latino Water Coalition for rallying for water and showing the impact of no water for the crops they work with.
